Bike2Max is an indoor power based training studio for cyclists of all abilities and levels of fitness. Indoor training is tough. It will never beat cycling outdoors but when you're trying to login serious training hours then indoor cycling sessions can be more convenient, and if done correctly has the potential to be more effective than riding outdoors.
The Sessions - The intensity of your supervised training sessions is set according to power output, as a percentage your FTP, while the heart rate response is used as a secondary measure of the intensity. The session is completely specific to your requirements and is not cast in stone and if needed and based on your feedback, training adjustment can are made either before or during the session.
Equipment - Bike2Max uses CycleOps Phantoms a power-measuring indoor cycle and Rouvy software to tracking all values from the indoor cycle and sensors, Rouvy helps you stay motivated, train with more efficiency and have fun!
