Can a personalised indoor plan help me achieve my realistic goal? Yes it can when combined consistency and training within the guidelines.
Are the indoor plans only for people who race? No, you may be interested in being fitter or losing weight and don't want to compete in cycling races, but want to use indoor cycling as a medium to help achieve your health goals. All that is asked of you is that you ride a bike on an indoor trainer/stationary bike, and want to improve in some way.
How do I judge my training effort? Your training program has personalised training zones. Depending on gauging device your workout target will be a combination of heart rate metrics, power metrics and or RPE.
What are my responsibilities? Read and understand the training that has been written for you. If you miss a session it is best to stick to the schedule instead of trying to make it up.
What do I get? Backed by globally recognized certification, personal experience and practical knowledge, an indoor training plan based on your individual factors. If not already a user - a free basic TrainingPeaks account. Downloadable workouts for Garmin, Wahoo, Zwift and ERG file format for smart indoor trainers.
